Charlie Spadone is a multi-media artist based in San Diego, CA. Charlie is currently focused on exploring combinations of printmaking and three-dimensional forms. This includes mixing mediums of ceramics, sculpture, photography, illustration, and poetry.
Their current work investigates processes of transition, particularly in how this is evoked in ephemeral forms. Charlie's work highlights preservation of these moments of alteration through intermingling interests in topics of metamorphosis and decomposition.
Charlie is currently pursuing a B.A. in Applied Design with an Emphasis in Ceramics from San Diego State University. In 2025, they completed a Certificate in Museum Studies and Gallery Exhibition Skills from San Diego Mesa College. In 2020, they recieved a Foundation Diploma in Fine Art with an Emphasis in Photography and Time Based Media from University of the Arts London.
